KKLLC was founded by R. Quinn Meads, PE in 2009. Mr. Meads was licensed as a professional engineer in 1986 and has over 30 years field operation experience in multi industries. That cross industry knowledge and experience allows for innovation solutions to the daily construction industry challenges.
